Exploring Loss: A Creative Workshop

Many people find that grief is a bleak and lonely experience, and while we acknowledge the emotional pain and challenges that come with a loss, we also believe that it’s possible to come together in community, support one another and find meaning within the mess.

As part of our exhibition, ‘Unfinished’, we are hosting a creative workshop for people to connect with others who have shared experiences and explore the themes of loss, grief and healing. This will be an informal but supportive evening, with some guided prompts and activities, as well as opportunities to talk and listen. While we create space for people to share, there is never any pressure if you’d rather reflect quietly or simply observe. And you don’t have to consider yourself ‘creative’ either - beginners welcome!

The event will be hosted by Anna, Ellie and Ollie from The Student Grief Network
