YOGA BRUNCH CLUB IS BACK!
This series will include a 60 minute vinyasa class with Harriet, focusing on gentle, mindful movements and flowing through a full body stretch and strengthen designed to leave you feeling completely blissed out.
After class, brunch is served! We will eat together under the lovely lights of this stunning, Grade 2 listed building. A series of vegan dishes will be served for you to enjoy including, super smoothies and breakfast pancakes while you chat with new and old friends alike!
As well as this every guest will receive a post class hot drink, free wellness gift and a few other surprises.
