Join Anna for afriendly, mindful abstract embroidery workshop. During the workshop you'll use your colours of choice, shapes and simple stitches to create a piece of abstract embroidery. Although traditional embroidery techniques can be used,these are absolutely not necessary and no previous experience is needed.

This workshop issuitable for both absolute beginners and those who feel more comfortableworking with embroidery.

You are encouraged to express yourself and create something you can be proud of, but most importantly benefit from the creative process.

This workshop is run by Anna Ridley-Wright. Anna has worked in various creativemental health services over the past 7 years, Including Leeds Mind, InkwellArts, Live Well Leeds and Arts and Minds. She is also a trainee artpsychotherapist.
