This January, Left Bank is inviting families to brighten up the winter weeks with our cosy, creative After-School Lantern Club. Every Tuesday throughout the month, drop in after school for a relaxed, family-friendly crafting session where kids (and grown-ups!) can design and build their very own lanterns.

Led by our creative team, these hands-on workshops are perfect for little makers who love to cut, stick, shape, and imagine. Whether you're completely new to lantern-making or already full of ideas, everyone is welcome to come along, warm up, and get making.

All sessions are offered on a free / pay-what-you-feel basis—just bring your curiosity and creativity.

These weekly workshops will help us prepare for a very special community event run by Friends of Burley Park at the end of January: a joyful Wassailing celebration in Burley Park, complete with music, dancing, and a glowing lantern parade.
