Join us at Left Bank on the second  Wednesday of each month for a wholesome evening of craft and creation with  local artist Rudy Graves.

Overview

Our facilitator Rudy Graves (he/they) is  a writer and outsider artist, with a practice in collage and textile art. He  has a background in cut-and-paste zine making, and in 2025 he created and  published “The Diana Tarot”, a hand collaged major arcana tarot deck. They  love collaging with found materials from charity shops, car boot sales,  magazines and books.

All materials and tools are provided for  these events, but if you'd like to bring some of your own resources along  please do!

Who are Leeds LGBT Community Consortium?

Leeds LGBTQ+ Community Consortium (LLCC)  hosts events at various locations across Leeds and online. With the help of  partners and our community, we aim to support the reduction of social  isolation, especially amongst older, unwell, disabled, or otherwise  restricted members of the LGBTQIA+ community through facilitating  intergenerational activities, events and information. We are passionate about  enabling people to develop new interests, skills and become more connected  with the community around them.

Can I come to this session if I’ve not been before?

Yes! Feel free to let the session  facilitator know if you haven’t come along to one of our sessions in the past  and they’ll be sure to make you feel welcome in the group!

Can I come to sessions if I’m not a member of the LGBT Community?

LLCC is proud to offer our sessions for  free. This is possible due to the funding we receive, which is restricted  exclusively to hosting LGBTQIA+ events and initiatives. Therefore our events  are only open to people who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community.

Allies of the LGBTQ+ community are  encouraged to promote our sessions to LGBTQ+ friends, service users and  colleagues. This also means we cannot permit researchers or students to  attend our events in a research capacity.
