Family Yoga in the Park with Harriet

Stretch, Unwind and Play!

Join Left Banks Kids Yoga teacher, Harriett, for a fun & family-friendly yoga session in our beautiful Burley Park! Designed around kids this session encourages the whole family to get moving amidst nature's beauty. Explore gentle poses, fun games, and embrace the harmony of mind and body within nature.

Adults are encouraged to join for a much-needed stretch during the session. Or you can take an hour to relax on the grass as your little ones play.

After your free yoga session feel free to pop over to Left Bank Café for a post yoga drink or spot of lunch! Our Café and Garden will be open if you would like to sit and relax in our little pocket park, head inside to explore our collection of board games! You could even head back to Burley Park with your drink to soak up the sunshine a little longer! (Getting a coffee to go? Don’t forget your reusable cup!!)
