MOOV & MATCHA
Every weekend our new series of fitness classes focus of making fitness social. A chance to share positivity energy with your mates, meet new people, enjoy a group workout and get a weekend sweat on. Classes will rotate between Flow Yoga, Dance Fêteness, Circuit Training and Legs Bums & Tums across Left Bank (and occasionally Belgrave). The perfect opportunity to wind down after a long week at work, get a sweat on before a gruelling week at uni or take a positive break from family life for a couple of hours - we've got you covered every single weekend.

Each ticket includes a free hot or iced matcha latte, coffee or tea to enjoy after the class.

About this class:

Where partying & fitness meet and "fêteness" is created. You know we had to combine music, dancing & the feeling of a healthy night out. Enjoy a high energy workout filled with fun moovments and tropical vibes. From soca & dancehall to reggaeton & merengue dance your way into fitness and feel like you've been on the best night out. Suitable for everyone & open to all abilities, you'll be guided through the classes by our instructor Gaby and have the most unreal time along the way. As always, this is a non equipment class. We advise bringing a towel!

- mats will be provided but feel free to bring your own
- we have an electrolyte hydration station supported by Puresport
- please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class start time
- we advise removing jewellery before the start of the class
- all classes are strictly 18+
