Every weekend our series of fitness events focus of making fitness social. A chance to share positivity energy with your mates, meet new people, enjoy a group workout and get a weekend sweat on. Events will rotate between Flow Yoga, Dance Fêteness, Circuit Training and Legs Bums & Tums across Left Bank (and occasionally Belgrave). The perfect opportunity to wind down after a long week at work, get a sweat on before a gruelling week at uni or take a positive break from family life for a couple of hours - we've got you covered every single weekend.
Each ticket includes a free hot or iced matcha latte, coffee or tea to enjoy after the class.

About this event:
This is a MOOVA event introduced due to popular demand! LBT will see us come together to enjoy a full body aerobic workout that aims to strengthen your lower body & core. Set to upbeat music, this event will help build confidence, stamina and strength, allowing you to leave the event feeling empowered. It is suitable for all ability and current strength levels as our instructor Hannah will take time to interact with attendees individually.

- we have an Hydration Station supported by Human's Against
- please arrive 5-10 minutes before your event start time
- we advise removing jewellery before the start of the event
