Seasonwell & Breakin' with Bboy Litefoot | Healthy Holidays for Kids

Healthy Holidays is back at Left Bank for a 2024 starting with 4 sessions throughout the Easter Holidays. For this session on the 11th we are calling all little Hip Hoppers and nature lovers!

Your child will start the day with Seasonwell! stepping into the realm of plants bursting with flavour, vibrant colours, and incredible nutrients with Seasonwell. Explore our vegetable garden and get involved in growing food and herbs. Your child will learn how to plant up seeds and see them at their different stages of growth and learn these foods can be made into delicious dips!

Season Well work with local communities and schools to encourage more people eating local vegetables, herbs and fruit when they are in season. They help people to know how to cook with seasonal produce and to have a go at growing their own at home.

After an hour break for lunch, the kids will join Bboy Litefoot, our resident breaker - In this hour your child we will get moving with some break dancing! Your child will start learning the different levels that make up the dance we call Breakin’ - from TopRock, Go Downs, Footwork patterns and Freezes. They'll have loads of fun learning the moves and being creative with it.

One ticket will include the following:

  • Place on the workshop with Seasonwell (10am-12pm)
