Think of us as an extension of your living room this summer.

When home starts to feel a little hectic, the kids are bouncing off the walls, or you simply fancy a change of scenery, come and get cosy in your community.

Join us every Thursday afternoon for a relaxed, family-friendly hangout where friends, cousins, neighbours and little ones can come together to enjoy the summer holidays.

We'll be transforming Left Bank into a cosy indoor picnic lounge, complete with blankets and comfy seating for you to settle in, catch up with friends and spend quality time together. From 12:30pm, we'll be showing a family-friendly film on our TV—the perfect excuse to slow down for an hour or so.

There'll be plenty of space for little ones too, with breakout plays areas with toys to keep them entertained while they make new friends. We will also have our pocket park to hang out in our you could even join out community garden session at 2pm.

Need to catch up on a bit of work? Bring your laptop along. We'll have tables available for parents and carers looking to answer a few emails or enjoy a coffee while the children play nearby.

This is a self-led community hangout—there's no timetable to follow or activities to sign up for. Just a warm, welcoming space where you can come and go as you please, meet other local families and enjoy being around people. Please let us know you are coming by grabbing your free tickets!

Our café bar will be open throughout the afternoon serving great coffee, cold drinks, lunches, sweet treats and children's sandwiches, so you can make an afternoon of it.

Whether you're catching up with friends, gathering the cousins together, or simply escaping the four walls of home for a few hours, we'd love to welcome you.

Free to attend – just drop in, stay as long as you like, and make Left Bank your summer living room.
