Join Our Community Art Class – Now Open to Everyone! 🎨

Originally set up in partnership with OWLS (Older Wiser Leeds Seniors) for local older adults, we’re excited to announce that our popular Art Class is now open to everyone in the community!

In our effort to provide affordable, accessible creative opportunities for all, we invite you to come along and join our friendly, welcoming group.. This is a fantastic chance to enjoy the benefits of being creative, meet new people, and explore a wide variety of artistic practices.

Mireille will offer a friendly, step-by-step introduction to painting for all skill levels. Across three relaxed and creative sessions, you’ll be gently guided through sketching, colour, and painting techniques with plenty of room to adapt the process to your own pace and interests. You’ll come away feeling more confident in your painting abilities and equipped with a variety of tools and techniques to express your creative ideas with ease.

Each session is led by a mix of practicing artists, including both paid professionals and volunteers, helping us keep the group sustainable while also supporting early-career artists with paid opportunities.

We have concession tickets for the community as well as tickets for those who may be able to pay forward to help support us in paying for artists & materials.

☕ Our on-site café is open too — perfect for a drink, snack, or lunch before or after class.
